INITIAL ASSESSMENT
In-Person Coaching is a the ultimate solution to your athletic needs. An initial in depth 60-minute physical assessment will identify areas of strengths and areas of potential injury risk. This will inform the best possible approach to develop your athleticism and take your game to a whole new level.
The performance plan includes:
Objective Physical Performance Testing, composed of a number of Speed, Power, Strength and/or Conditioning based tests
Gym Based Sessions focused on developing physical qualities required for on-field performance, with real time feedback on performance and technique adjustments
Field Based Performance Sessions focused on improving and developing technical based skills, in the form of acceleration, top speed, change of direction and deceleration, with real time feedback on performance and technique adjustments
